Common Questions

Do you provide an AV technician to operate the equipment?
Yes — all Conference Hall and Event packages include a dedicated on-site AV engineer who operates the mixer, manages microphone handoffs, controls presentation switching and handles any technical issues during the event. For Conference Room package, remote support is included with the option to add an on-site engineer.
Can you handle live streaming or recording?
Yes — we can provide a clean audio mix output (XLR or USB) for recording devices and live streaming software. For events requiring professional video recording or multi-camera live production, we can coordinate with your video team or advise on additional equipment. Mention this when requesting your quote.
How many microphones can you support simultaneously?
Our Conference Hall package supports 4–6 simultaneous wireless microphones. Enterprise Event packages support 8+ channels. All systems use professional frequency management to avoid interference — especially important in exhibition environments where many wireless systems operate nearby.
Can you integrate AV with an LED screen or video wall?
Absolutely — and we recommend it. Since ISM Technologies also provides LED screens and video walls, we can integrate both AV audio and visual display into one seamless package. Your presenter's laptop, the microphones and the screen all run through our system with a single point of contact.
Do you do a sound check before the event?
Yes — our engineer arrives at least 90 minutes before your event starts to complete full setup and sound check. For large events we recommend 3–4 hours for setup. We check every microphone, speaker and visual source before the first guest arrives.
