Can you pre-load our attendee list before the event?
Yes — send us your attendee CSV or Excel file and we pre-load all data onto the tablets before delivery. Tablets arrive on the day with your event live and ready to scan. Last-minute additions can be handled on the spot from the tablet dashboard.
Can you print branded badges with our logo and design?
Absolutely. Send us your badge template (A6 or lanyard size) and we configure the printer to produce branded, personalised badges on demand — including name, company, job title, QR code and custom event branding. Full-colour printing available with the Epson TM-C3500 or ZC300 card printer.
What if an attendee isn't on the list?
Walk-ins and last-minute registrations can be added on the spot directly from the tablet — name, company, ticket type and badge printing all in under 30 seconds. The system handles both pre-registered and walk-in attendees in the same flow.
Does it work with our existing registration platform?
In most cases yes — we can integrate with Eventbrite, Cvent, Whova, Splash, custom registration portals and any system that exports a standard CSV or supports API access. If you use a proprietary system, tell us and we'll confirm compatibility before your event.
Can I bundle this with printing or display screens?
